These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and communications (including SMS/text messages). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
603 Epoxy provides epoxy flooring and related coating services for residential and light commercial projects. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines vary by job and will be confirmed in writing (estimate, invoice, proposal, or work order).
2) Estimates, Pricing, and Changes
-
Estimates are based on the information available at the time (measurements, site conditions, substrate condition, moisture, prior coatings, repairs needed, etc.).
-
If site conditions differ from what was assumed (e.g., moisture issues, severe spalling/cracks, contamination, hidden coatings/adhesives), additional prep/repair work may be required and may change pricing and schedule.
-
Any material change to scope or cost should be approved by you before work continues.
3) Scheduling and Access
-
You agree to provide reasonable access to the job site on scheduled dates/times.
-
Delays caused by restricted access, utilities being unavailable, weather (where relevant), or other factors outside our control may require rescheduling.
-
If an appointment is missed or the site is not ready, a reschedule fee may apply (if disclosed in your estimate/proposal).
4) Customer Responsibilities (Site Readiness)
You agree to:
-
Remove vehicles, storage, and personal items from the work area unless otherwise agreed
-
Provide access to power and water (if required)
-
Ensure pets/children are kept away from the work area for safety
-
Follow post-install instructions for cure times, ventilation, and re-entry
5) Cure Times, Maintenance, and Use
Epoxy/coat systems require cure time before full use. Cure times vary by product and conditions (temperature/humidity). You agree to follow all care and cure instructions provided by 603 Epoxy. Improper use during cure may result in damage not covered by warranty.
6) Payment Terms
-
Payment terms (deposit, progress payments, final payment) will be listed on your proposal or invoice.
-
Late payments may be subject to late fees to the extent allowed by law.
-
If payment is not made as agreed, we may pause or stop work until the account is current.
7) Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. If you cancel on short notice, a cancellation fee may apply, especially when materials have been ordered or time has been reserved (if disclosed in your proposal).
8) Warranty (General)
Any warranty terms (if offered) will be described in your proposal/invoice. Warranty coverage may be limited or voided by:
-
Moisture vapor transmission issues, hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or water intrusion
-
Pre-existing substrate defects, movement, or structural issues
-
Harsh chemicals, impact damage, dragging heavy objects, improper maintenance
-
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or coatings applied by others
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 603 Epoxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
10) Photos, Video, and Marketing
Unless you notify us in writing before work begins, you grant 603 Epoxy permission to take photos/videos of the work area before, during, and after the project and to use them for portfolio, marketing, and social media. We will not intentionally publish personally sensitive information (like full addresses) without permission.
